Council for Lifelong Engagement

Formed in 2009, the Council for Lifelong Engagement (CLLE) is dedicated to ending ageism while imparting the wisdom of elders to school children of all ages. Residents speak to classes on a variety of topics, from art to education to business. Currently, the CLLE program works with four Cincinnati area schools.

Interested in having a CLLE speaker?

Seniors are available to speak on a wide array of topics. Contact Laura Lamb at (513) 272-5555, Ext. 6606 for more information about inviting a resident to speak to your class, group or organization.

The Council for Life Long Engagement encourages and enables elders to share their knowledge and talents with school children to reverse any negative aspects of ageism.

The CLLE Newsletter

Learn what’s happening with CLLE! The newsletter is produced throughout the year, offering readers a glimpse into what CLLE participants are doing in classrooms across Greater Cincinnati. Information about combating ageism is also often available.
